Kathy Jackson leads a team responsible for optimizing global solutions and business strategies for BCD Travel’s largest global customers. Prior to her current appointment, Kathy held a number of positions with BCD Travel and its legacy organization, WorldTravel BTI, during her 26-year tenure with the company, most recently as President, West Division – Americas, where she was charged with growing the company’s current customer base, client and employee retention, and maintaining and growing profit margins, while delivering the highest value to customers through advanced technology and service.
Her previous responsibilities also included presidency of the Southeast Division.
As a native of North Carolina, Kathy began her career in the travel industry after attending the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, joining WorldTravel BTI in 1982.
Throughout her career, she has been a member of ACTE, the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board, the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board and the Executive Women’s Pacesetter Organization.
